Okay. First of all, i was wondering how to do a back hand spring. my second question is that there is this flip that you do and i was wondering what its called. You start off by what looks like a cartwheel. Then you do the flips. anyone know what thats called?

I've been on the London Eye a couple of times but have felt nervous about standing up in it! I have been up the Empire State building but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. I have heard that people have been able to overcome fear of heights by doing stuff like this, but is that true?

I'm curious as to times people finish a 5K and/or 10K race. This includes the winning times, times for people who are in very good shape all the way down to people that just run for fun.

I did sports in high school and college but just recently began running. I'm not too fast yet, I'm just very competitive and wonder what times other people have run.
