By definition, exercise is discomfort. Find the most uncomforatble type of exercise you can and force yourself to do it for 3 months. You'll be ripped. Then maintain by doing crunches and pushups at home.

Lay down place feet under the couch with knees bent then do cruches. Leg lifts are good. Buy a hand wheel to roll out your crunches.

well you can do crunches. crunches work really good. or lay down on your back then stretch your hands over your head and point your toes straight and then lift your feet 6 inches off the floor. I did that work out during basketball season.
