Ok, i wanna gain muscle mass, but mostly i wanna gain strenth over the summer. I'm definatly gonna use some kind of protein, but whats the best one to use. Im thinking Whey 100% protein but are there any other better ones?

Whey protein is best after workouts because it is absorbed quickly. Casein protein on the other hand is digested very slowly and feeds the muscles throughout the day.

I suggest you get Muscle Milk. As it as a mix of both with a few other ingredients that aid in muscle growth.

Yes it does have a few grams of fat, but these are healthy fats and will also help in building muscle, and helping fat loss.

I use Designer Whey when I train. My main goal is to maintain muscle mass and body weight. As an endurance athlete I am not trying to bulk up, just maintain what I've got. I found that designer Whey is the best tasting, least gritty protein powder and it doesn't have much else in it to make my body freak out. My diet is pretty regulated at 4500 calories a day and the Designer Whey helps me keep my body as healthy as it can be without tasting like garbage lol.

Maybe the people at GNC or a trainer at your gym can make another suggetsion but I must say it's the best tasting with the least other nutritional additives.

be warned if you get off creatine for a while your muscles will shrink.
