is it fair to split them and not let them compete against each other?

I say yes and no. Women should get the choice to what they wanna do. They don't have to make it so theirs no seperation but at least give us the choice to see if we wanna compete with men.
On the other hand, men play too rough and not all girls can handle that. Plus guys being the hormone driven neanderthals that they are would probably end up going poor or being kicked off the team from all the sexual harassment lawsuits they'd get.

No, because some women are good enough to play with the guys and it is unfair that they aren't allowed better competition. Anyone who plays a sport should know what they are getting themselves into, so let them play. Just get the lawyers ready for sexual harassment when the fouls happen.

Yes it's fair. Guys are genetically stronger than girls. Even in college co-ed sports (I've noticed), guys have the spotlight much more often than the gals.
