how can i increase the number of pull-up? pls suggest things tat i can do to build up my strength or muscle everyday..

If you want to build up strength & muscle like tarzan then you have to do weight lifting, parallel bar, pull-up and running in the order that I have stated. After the exercise take rest for at least half an hour before taking solid food. (you can take orange juice etc) Eat lots of non-vegetarian food mainly , beef, mutton, chicken eggs etc. Drinking 1 litre of milk 10 minutes after running would help you a lot. Eat almonds, cashew nuts, ground nuts etc. You should have atleast 8 hours of sleep every day. Thats all if you do all the above things you will get what you desire.

If you have weights to work with. Start with light weights and exercise with them daily until you can add more. Gradually increase the weight. Your muscles will grow with each added weight. Also buy some protein powder and follow the directions on the can.
If you go to a gym, use a trainer in the beginning. He can give you some good pointers.
If you take care of your body, it will take care of you. I'm 68 yrs old and have the body of a 25 year old. Good luck.

Weight bearing exercises of all kinds increase strength and muscle mass. A healthy diet is essential as well.
