Can bodyweight workouts such as pushups or some others can make you have a body like John Cena? Only bodyweight workouts without using weights.

Well John Cena is at a place where most of us will never be so I suggest you don't look up to him but set your own standards of what you think you can do. Also understand that it will take a long time for you to get great results and it will not happen over night. You can do push ups, or you can simply do what I do and stay in the push up position without movement and see how long you can do it. I can go for 6 minutes. Also do planks, go to the pushup position but instead of on your hands go on your forearms, that will strengthen your ab muscles.

I like John Cena a lot as a person but I don't really like his character, I am fully aware he has to follow a script by the way: - Always does the stupid talk low then TALK HIGH voices. It's just stupid and painful to watch sometimes. - Basically puts over his opponents but ALWAYS wins a rivalry in the long term. - Is on the poster for a majority of PPV events. - Always chasing the WWE or World Championship and cannot step out of the spotlight. - Has power backstage (Undertaker and him got CM Punk de-pushed for quite a while) - Won't speak up to Vince (he could at least ask someone in creative to let him use at least 2 or 3 more moves on a regular basis, they may not listen but what if they do, Cena need to take the risk) - Never is angry (always in a happy mood and even when he appears angry it looks just comical) - Announcers consider him the underdog for a lot of the time even though its 99% oobvious Cena will win the match - You get your signs taken away if you hold up a sign saying 'Cena Sucks' but with almost any other face its okay - Makes wrestling seem even more scripted at times like when Bret Hart was 'run over' John Cena's expression and wording make me crack up... and I don't think that was the intention of the angle. - His reign as WWE Champion made the belt change to a spinner for good, something which makes the belt look a bit like a toy and I hate the design now. - Has a weak finisher- I cannot believe a Fireman's Carry slam can put people like HHH and Chris Jericho away. John Cena is a really nice person and most of this stuff if not all of it is Vince McMahon's fault so yeah the hate should be directed toward Vince not Cena. Anyway I starred!

I agree with PapaBill. So now there are 2 opinions that steroids are involved in Cena's physique.
