Lay on your back with your hands behind your head and lift your feet 6 inches from the ground, and hold them there for 10 seconds. Let them down and wait three seconds before doing it again. Start by doing this five times a day. When your legs are raised, feel how hard your stomach muscles are.

If you've got rid of the flab, best ab work out doesn't look much, but if you do it right it really works.

with your back on the floor,
your thighs at a 90degree angle to the floor
and your shins/calves parallel to the floor (a sitting position but lying down);

press your back into the floor and tilt your pelvis as though your trying to lift your bum off the floor whilst pulling your stomach muscles in to make your stomache as flat as you can, if it's raised in the middle you're not doing it right.
hold this position as long as you can then relax, and repeat.

It really works those lower stomach muscles that are hard to work on, but does your whole stomach.

good luck

There is no gain without pain, so lie on your back, hands by your sides, raise both feet off the ground 5 inches, and keep that position for as long as possible. Increase the time everytime you do it

Sit-ups, sit-ups and more sit-ups. If you do 200 a night you'll have abs hard as a rock in 4 weeks. Unless you're fat, in which case you won't be able to tell through the extra layer of podge. In which case diet.

you need to get rid of the flab around your middle by doing plenty of cardio, then do lots of ab work eg sit ups, crunches etc but you need to work your whole body and get a good routine it's no good just having a six pack if the rest of your body lets you down!
