I have started riding a bike for the summer every day for 2 hours straight in the morning. That is 4 big laps across and around my towns hill.

And another question. What will be the benefits of this after, let's say , 3 months ? Thanks.

I recently purchased a used bike from my neighbor because it fit me well and seems to be a nice bike. Everyone keeps telling me that the Chris King wheel hubs that it has are great. What makes them great and is there anything I must do to maintain them?

I have a Trek 820 Sport, everytime I try to shift from 2nd to 1st my front derailer will stay in 2nd. My cables are taut and i can shift to 3rd fine. I tried adjusting the low gear limit stop screws but it still doesn't shift to 1st. Please help.

I have a '05 giant faith right now and was wondering if i should sell it and pocket about $1000 (i would be able to sell it for about $1800-2000 and then buy a BMX bixe or a lesser mountian bike) This year i don't know how much i'll be able to ride it. what should I do should i keep it or sell it.

I'm looking for any other brands of bikes that look like townies, because I'm trying to find a purple one. I went to a beach lately and saw a few and the brand was Townie, but on the (electra) website townies don't come in purple. I only saw red, dark red, pink, white, grey, yellow, orange, green, and black. If you know of any similar models please let me know!

Ok, ive been biking for about a year now. Its an amazing sport. I recently had a big fall. Luckily I didn't break anything but I did scrape up my knee quite a bit.
A friend told me its my time to start shaving my legs. As soon as i looked into this all sorts of stuff came up!
So my question is:
What is the best method of shaving. Some options ive herd of are:
-Nair/Mens Nair
-Standard razor
-Using women's razors
-Waxing (ouch)
-Or using spacial electric shavers.

So what should I do?

I'm looking to buy a bike--probably the Scott Contessa 10, but my brother has a Yeti, and I'd LOVE a yeti as well, but I'd also like a female specific bike. I don't know if yeti makes female specific bikes. And I'm on a limited budget as I'm a senior in high school and saving for a car and for college.

I’m looking at buying a new bike. Because I'm only a recreational and leisurely rider I don't want to invest much money but still want a good product. I've looked at the Jamis bike and it looks good, but I haven't heard anything about it. I was wondering if anybody has had any experiences dealing with a Jamis - good or bad.
