How is it that the NCAA Tourn. is played on a neutral court but the NIT. isnt. I'm watching the K-State game right now and they are playing the 2nd round game on their home court.

I am going to say I know a lott about sports, but my question is, who is picking the lines and the over/under..and how do they do it so well?

- 2 weeks ago there was a game between the kings and spurs i believe, the line was spurs - 7 o/u 193

final score - Spurs 100 Kings 93...go figure

Why are University of Kentucky fans so hard on Tubby Smith when the team is losing? Why are they so freakin hard to take? When Ky loses more than 5 games they completely loose their cookies! Then, they start bashing poor Tubby and threatening the ax on him? Get some class Ky fans!

I am a die-hard Miami Dolphin, and Philadelphia 76ers fan. This may seem like a weird combo, but I live in Philly but grew up in Miami. I am decently young and have not seen either the Dolphins or the Sixers win their respectable title. Whether it be the painful 63-7 loss in Marino's final game, or the best time of my life watching Iverson single handedly take the Sixers to the finals in the most unlikely season in NBA history. My question to all you is: Has anyone else had to suffer year in and year out without their favorite team win a title. I'm not talking about fans who kinda watch sports, I'm talking fans who live and die with every game. Whether their favorite team wins decides their happiness for that week. I feel like I'm the only one who has to live with this, and how can a team like the Lakers and Pats do it 3 out of 4 years and such. How is this fair??

They are almost never favored, and even when they are at home versus teams that have worse records than them, they are still underdogs. Whats the deal?

I personally think Leandro Barbosa is the fastest player in the league. Others like Iverson, TJ Ford and Devin Harris from the Mavericks are fast too but I think they are a bit slower than Barbosa.

We all know the Lakers have been doing poorly lately. Kobe realized that early on and came back scorching with 2 straight wins. Do you know how many he scored in each? 65 and 50 points respectively. Can any other basketball player "turn it on" like him? He is a beast, and I believe he is better than MJ regardless of the number of rings he has won. Basketball might be a team sport, but I am comparing individual talent ,and Kobe has it all.

About two - three years ago. The shoes were sort of green and grey and the shop has a name like "Trade" or "Cargo" I think it was one word about five letters long. The shops logo was a bit like the old US military font.

I personally believe the NBA is better than college bball, despite the critics who claim that there is no passion in the professionals and that everything is done for money. I think the talent in the NBA is far greater (obviously) and that makes for better, more intense games, despite the lack of "passion" that apparently cannot be tied to money. What else is there to prove the NBA is better?
