Well, 245 lbs is pretty heavy for all those sports... are you sure that's your weight? The easiest way to get a girl is to get to know her. Be friends, but also be clear that you don't want to be BEST friends, but more along the lines of dating. Also, take it slowly. Most girls don't like guys who are too forward. Basically- just play it cool.

if u 254, most girls wont want any fat guy unless they are fat. need to know the good lines, spit proper games, be yourself, dont be scared, get to know a girl and for them to get to know you, ask her out and like her for real. the way you asking on yahoo answers that means that you will probably will not get one. plus ask a sports questions.
