How is it that the NCAA Tourn. is played on a neutral court but the NIT. isnt. I'm watching the K-State game right now and they are playing the 2nd round game on their home court.

I agree, I think it's more expensive for them to send the schools to a "mutual court" and they don't wanna to put too much $ into the NIT.

not saying it fair, but probably politics and $

Because the NIT needs to make money and they know that people in Louisville, KY wouldn't come out to watch K-State/DePaul. Just about money.

Same way in the Women's NCAA Tourney. Each of the first two rounds are at the higher seeds home floor in that bracket.

Money.

The reason that they r playin on their own homecourt is bcuz the locations where the games will be played is scheduled b4 the tourn. strts
