I tried to go on the Rockies website today to get tickets but of course the whole system crashed but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for when they go on sale that will up my chances of getting tickets. I can never figure out how those big ticket companies buy up all the tickets so fast. Any help would be great!!!!

im having an ongoing debate with my friends. They play soccer and believe that baseball is a sport for lazy unathletic people. they think baseball takes no skill. as a baseball player i know they are wrong. Thier arguments are ridiculous and they are totally ignorant. point is i already have a good argument built up but i just wanted to know what you guys thought. do you believe baseball is harder to play then most people think? why? thanks, also if you could talk about why its better then soccer that would help my argument.

Last night after the game some reporter asked him 'Manny What do you think about the Red Sox winning the ALCS?' Then Manny starts apologizing to fans for not calling the pop fly ball that Lugo missed.
Does Manny have a hard time understanding English or does he think the team revolves just around him?

I mean, he never shows any emotion. Every time they show him he looks scary, like in a horror movie. He even walks like those zombies from Night of the Living Dead.

like at least AA. I can throw and 85mph fastball with upward movement and a decent curve. I have enough contol to throw strikes but cant hit corners that well and im a 2nd year in college

I'm and second generation New York Yankee fan as well as San Franciso Giants fan to.These are the stadiums which I have visit and are the following:
1.Yankee Stadium(Home of NY Yankees)

4.Veterans Stadium(Ex home of Phidelphia Phillies)

7.Candlestick Stadium(Ex Home of San Fancisco Giants)
8.ATT Park(Current home of SF Giants)
9.Network Associates Coliseum(Home of Oakland A's)
The reason bring is that Ms.Love Me Please got me thinking of this question.Also have felt the hate of others have towards the New York Yankees.If you have a special bond with baseball
would encorage visit other ball parks and Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown,New York.I see passion of baseball other part of our nation but there are part our nation does not share our passion for the game like Boston,Phidelphia.New York.

I have a card I placed in a case, then tried to open it (stupid, I know). The paint from the card chipped, part of it stuck to the case. I lined up the chip with the case, and screwed it back down. Can this card still be graded?

Along the lines of "we beat the ____ last night" etc. Some say since you pay for tickets and merchandise all the time, it's OK. Others say it's only OK if you're on the team or in ownership. What are your thoughts?
