The other answers were either half right or wrong. During the 7th inning stretch you get God Bless America and Take Me out to the Ballgame. Mid 8th inning is Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond. After the game, if they win, is the Standell's Dirty Water, Tessie by the Dropkick Murphys and Joy to the World (Jeremiah was a bullfrog) by 3 dog night. In addition, last night, the crowd spontaneously burst into Kiss Him Goodbye by Steam (Na na na na, hey, hey, goodbye). No one ever said we were good sports. Most of those songs are available on the Fever Pitch sound track.

"Sweet Caroline" by Neil Diamond is played (and sung-along-to) in the middle of the 7th inning for the '7th inning stretch'.

"Dirty Water" by The Standells is played immediately after a Red Sox victory.

"Tessie" by Dropkick Murpheys is played after "Dirty Water"

The happens at every game.

Go Sox!
