I am in the process of purchasing a 5 piece Stow-a-Way fly rod from Cabela's in order to try and build a 4 or 5 piece casting rod. I need one this short to pack away on my motorcycle. How long do you think Torre will stay with the Dodgers? Do you think he will work his magic, get a whole buncha rings, fall on some bad luck and retire? Or do you think he will be there for a few years and then retire without really getting anything accomplished? I love him to death but I don't want him to do that well there. Here is a question that has enter my mind, the National League might have good teams, but in genral, when they play in the All-star game, on in the World Series, they are so bad that they lose. And no replies like because they stink, or any replies that you bad mouth the National League, now National League teams might own some of the American League teams in interleague, but really that is it, but once they play in the all-star game, they play like they want to be the visitors in the World Series, and not win the game, and snatch homefield advantage from the American League. I am now thinking, that they have only won 2 World Series during this whole decade, and with the American League winning the rest.

For the frist time I was looking at the horrific video of the 1994 Rampaging Elephant name Tyke who killed her trainer and busted out running the streets Hawaii. Police where shooting at her with 9 millimeters handguns, shotguns, finally a police officer used a .45 caliber repeating rifle to cripple her, then he continued to shoot dozen of more shots into her until she bleed to death and hour or so later. What a sloppy inhuman kill. Surely there are super-power rifles out there than can kill and Elephant much more quicky. Perhaps a 50 caliber rifle or some sorts. Does any one know of a rifle that is very effect against a 10,000 pound Elephant. Please include the details of the rilfle, weight of the bullet, if possible.

My family are planning to learn how to ski at the snowdome. I told my mum that we should have a 2hr lesson instead of the 55 min lesson because we will learn more. My mum (who has been skiing before) said that it will be boring and we should just have the 55 min lesson and then go on to the recreational slope. However, Is this allowed? are you allowed to go on the recreational slope after just one basic lesson???

It seems that they weren't playing real smart last night, they had some stupid plays and bad acts of being unsportsmenlike, Spiking the ball, sitting on people trying to poke eyes and I just didn't see a superbowl team in them. So mark my words...... THE PATRIOTS WILL NOT WIN THE SUPERBOWL.

First off, my state doesn;t have a pro team, so I'm not an upset fan of some team they beat.

No question the Patriots are one of the best teams to ever take the field, but what about their attitudes? Are you also sick of how arrogant and cocky they are? And Randy Moss, seriously, mr maybe I'll show up and play. Such a fair weather player when in Minnesota, now Brady can't shut up about what a great team player he is!

hey i need help in deciding what martial art to choose.
i am 17 yrs old and i am very fit. i go to gym 3 times a week and i am very strong. i have some experience in karate which i was forced to do when i was 12 but it was too boring for me so i played soccer and thus how i got into fitness.
well really what i need to know is a good martial art that involves fast reactions and preferbly punching and kicking.
i have grown up in melbourne and i live the normal teenage lifestyle of goin out partying and occasionally getting into street fights because of my environment and the people i hang around.

if anyone could help it would be appreciated

i dont need to learn grappling forms of martial arts since most of my fights vary in how many people involved and usually people get droped in a few hits so grappling would be useless in a gang situation.

weapons are sometimes involed so i need something to get my reactions faster.

any suggestions?
