among many other questionable things in last night's game, yes, i did happen to notice the refs and their poor officiating (if that's what you want to call it). some people say the Giants just "lost momentum" late in the 4th, but i say they just laid down and died quietly. I'll give u the fact that the Giants ability to push the ball down the field, get a quick score, turn around and make a "3 and out" stop of the Pats' offense (or maybe even an on-side kick and hope they get possession) to either score for the win or tie and take it 2 over-time in 4 minutes and 36 seconds was highly unlikely. BUT the fact that they didn't even TRY is what pisses me off. The Giants allowed precious time to tick away while they sluggishly made their way to the line of scrimmage and then gazed toward the sidelines for the play to be called out to them by the coaching staff was....i can't even think of the right word. the every other play scuffles, the lack of calls, it all just seemed so....odd. is only conicidence that the refs do their *schittiest* job of officiating when the Patriots are involved?...i think NOT

Yea..The officiating was bad for both sides but the Giants seemed to get the bad calls at crucial points where as the Pats got screwed when it didn't matter. And for all you Pats morons who cite the Randy Moss celebration and the Giants scoring as your main point that the game was called fairly should hear this. Hixon would have scored from 110 yards out on that play so the penalty had no bearing. I don't want to say that the officials are corrupt, but the Patriots were a very fortunate team last night. They got outplayed and then bailed out.

I was ticked that obvious calls were not made. I am a novice at the whole football thing, and *I* could tell some whistles needed blowing.
The game sucked, even though it was high scoring, just for the fact the refs did not do their job. I do feel that because of their lack of participation some of the calls that could have been made and some of the calls that were made DID change the outcome of the game.
ETA think about it... 15 yards for putting your finger inside someone elses face mask and it wasnt CALLED. That kind of yardage changes games.

Yeah I love it after Harrison forces the guy out of bounds during a punt return he goes up and talks smack to Toomer which is taunting then Toomer gets flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct, and the phantom hold on Toomer and then the Pats o-lineman tackles a Giants no flag, and I hate the Giants that shows how bad the Pats are when a Skins fan is rooting for them

yep i noticed the refs called 5 penalties on both teams for almost the same amount of yards. 5penatlies for -42 yards against the pats and 5 for -53 yards against the giants. now it it was 10 against the giants for -130 yards then i could question the calls but since calls were even id say it was a good game.

What's funny to me is that in a press conference with randy moss after the baltimore game he says coach belicheck doesn't teach us to play dirty. Thats a lot coming from a guy, who gets penilized and fined it seems every week. Has a coach that cheats. And has a team were players sit on pepole, and eyepoke.

Being independent from Canada and not really caring who won, the refs called an awfull game. It was apparent that the refs wanted the Pats to win.

It's in the NFL's best interest to have the Pats go 16-0. If you're going to go 16-0 you'll have to get lucky and also get some help from the refs somewhere along the line. Don't tell Pats fans though.

Complain, complain ,complain! That's all you guys do.
Jealousy is one of the seven deadly sins.
If they had made alll calls against the Pats and none against the Giants that is probably the only way all of you would be happy.
GET A LIFE!!!!
