Methinks Vince is going to need some real good lawyers before the Media gets done with Him. And what did You think about Chris Benoit's Dad. The British Bulldog and his Ex Wife, and Chris Nowitzki? Or even Kanyon for that matter?

I am a Pats fan (please no mean comments) and i obviously won't be watching that game this week since they are on a bye week. I just wanted to know everyone elses opinion on what will be the best games to watch this weekend.
As of right now I am watching the Titans game at 1:00 ( I am on the east coast) but not sure what games I want to watch after that.
thanks

Got a favorite Driver (from somewhere other than IRL) who you would like to see in IRL events? Let us know; and don't spare the humor! (We all could use a good laugh at this point of the "off season"!)

I got an old BMX bike, it's an Huffy enigma '02 and it fix perfectly for me, but lately I've realized that the other competitors have improved a lot and I still in the same... one of them have a '07 intense and the other one have a '06 haro... by the way, I'm talking about BMX racing, not street

Reading through Frizzer's thread about Alex being underpaid, I saw a couple of references to the fact that he has no rings (ie. championships). Given that baseball is more team-based than any of the other major sports, does this measurement make any sense?

Ty Cobb never won a ring. Neither did Ted Williams. Does that really tarnish their greatness, or how they should be judged if they were still signing contracts? Would anyone really place more a premium on guys just for being on a winning team like Luis Sojo or Johnny Murphy?

It just seems that using "rings" as a judgment in baseball is illogical, based on the nature of the sport.

What you say doesn't matter at all. If you don't feel they are a number 1 team, well good for you but it's not going to change the standings so stop showing how classless you are and just watch football.

If the Buckeyes win out and win against a good team in the National Championship they will have proved they belong there, and all your talking will be for nothing. I'm sure someone how you will still talk trash even if the Buckeyes beat a big team like LSU and it will still mean nothing.

I know you will be jerks if it's LSU & they beat the Buckeyes, that just shows what kind of people you really are, I guarantee even with all your crap, we will still be more gracious winners if we win the championship.

If they don't I'm just glad they had a great season, I have seen some of the people who have comitted already for the next few years and man we have some good teams coming.

There is still 2 weeks left so it's stupid to say who will be in there and who will win, just watch.

Richard Petty thinks by moving from Level Cross, NC to Mooresville, NC a distance of about 50 to 60 miles, will help his team win races. Personally, I think it's the equipment, who's on the team and the driver thats in the car that wins you races right? What do ya'll think?

OK.....

while I know that the subject of A-Rod is getting extremely old, I wanted to ask this question from the view point of the Yankees and not A-Rod.

The Yankees veminently claimed that they would not persue him if he opted out, and as we all know he did. Now the Yankees are willing to offer him arbitration, my belief is not for the hopes of luring him back to New York for it appears to me that A-Rod is burning bridges that he shouldn't be burning, after all New York made him a very rich man, but instead for the draft picks that they will gain.

Agree or disagree with this position?
Also....
Do you believe that New York is wise in doing this, from a business standpoint, as in "protecting its assets" or do you feel that New York is selling out and going back on its word?

I am anxious to hear what some of you have to say

however they are still riding on thier high horses trying to prove a DEBUNKED rumor about the Colts. They are all looking for some way to make it even the slightest bit true, even if it is by convincing everyone to believe a BOSTON reporter's rumor about a (who?) security guard (who i'm sure has a second job working in the sound booth *sarcasm*)

Maybe if you guys try to treat other teams with the same respect you THINK you deserve, you may get a little of it back.

Own up to your teams mistakes, and stop using the excuse "every team does it." Even if that's the case, you're the only team who has been caught. So deal with it.

If the SUCKEYES win the national championship this season, I think it will prove once and for all that the current BCS system is truly flawed!
