No. The NFL are getting a lot of TV Money. They also operate on a higher profit margin due to low salary given to professional football players -- relatively low compared to MLB and NBA.
NFL may have a lower overal revenue but they should be best when it comes to pure profit because of their margins and low player wages.
To sum it up:
MLB = U.S.A.
NFL = China.
Who would you rather work for?

Yes and no...I'm sure I read somewhere MLB as a whole certainly makes a lot more than the NBA but the NFL as a whole is VERY close. The MLB season is SOOOOO long it would be hard for them not to make a lot of $$$$.
Update: I just found the article and it says the NFL is tops in revenue and MLB is close behind...which is pretty suprising really.

Yes because they have more home games with which to draw money from and attendance is at an all time high. Everything else evens out in the long run, but this gives MLB the advantage for sure.

More than the NBA teams? Sure.
More than the NFL? I doubt it, and certainly not a LOT more. NFL TV contracts are enormous.
Recent Grosses
MLB 2007 -- $6B (30 teams == $200 million average per team)
NFL (2007-08 projected) -- $6.3B (32 teams == $196.9M/team)
MLB might have a tiny edge on average.

I don't agree because it is not true.
The average NFL teams is valued at $889 million.
Their TV contract is worth more than MLB and the NBA combined.
Even if I did "agree," I would simply be wrong.

No, the NFL with their network deals are making an absolute fortune. MLB has more ticket revenue, but far less TV money.

No, I don't think so. I relief pitcher on average makes less than a million a year. A backup quarterback can make up to 2 mil. a year. A starting quarter back suchas Tony Romo, Tom Brady, and Peyton Manning, are making just over 11-15 million a year. A YEAR!!!!!!!! Most starting pitchers make that in a contract year. THere are some excetpions such as A-Rod, and King Albert. But overall football makes more.
