WWE won't bring in a fourth brand because it will over kill the product. Nobody is going to watch an extra hour or two of wrestling a week.
There has recently been talk of scrapping the whole brand thing altogether and going back to stars appearing on all shows.
A lot of inter-promotional matches have recently occurred and you've all seen the Smackdown ECW merger.
They are obviously just selling retro items to rake in some dough.

no, they do not have the wrestlers to run with the 3 brands they have now. it is just advertisement like the first answer, they are making money off of old stuff...hope that helps
