How did ur fave team do in the regular seasonal baseball games...satisfied or unhappy with your fave teams performance?

I did a little math and it looks like the Padres are screwed in the event of a tie. They are 8-10 against the Rockies and D'backs and 3-5 against Philadelphia. Pretty much, this means that they have to win the division or the wildcard outright to make it to the playoffs?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am assuming that this decision came under vote by all NHL teams, at least I would assume that every team would get a vote in such an important decision.
I ask this because every day on here there are people who moan and whine about Detroit playing in an easy division, as if they somehow planned it that way. I admit that Detroit's division is currently the worst in hockey and provides them with a healthy point cushion in the west, but you only have the greedy owners (of your favorite team) who don't want to pay the travel expenses of a balanced schedule for that.
Also, It seems to me that Detroit playing in a "soft" division is not near the advantage that most claim that it is, coasting into the playoffs is clearly not the way you want to enter the SCP..... Thoughts?

All season long we adjust our expectations until we get to a post season that we didn't expect. Even then, we come away broken hearted.

Cats are like that. They ignore us, hide when we want some love or attention, and then when they get slightly hungry they're the lovingest pets ever. AND WE LET THEM GET BY WITH IT!!!

Baseball is like that. Every year, a heartbreak. Every time you like a player, he's a bust.

Thomas Jones against Buffalo or Marshawn Lynch against the jets. They are playing agaisnt each other, if you haven't been following him this year, Lynch has more fantasy points then Jones and is running the ball hard. He is very good. Buffalo though has the worst rushing defense in the nfl and the jets have are ranked 21st I think.
