They have done alright so far cept with the game against the Eagles

They looked good for the first two games, but against the Eagles they looked like the same old Lions we've grown to know and be disappointed with. I'll be surprised if they have a winning season, and I'll be downright shocked if they make it to the playoffs.
Good thing hockey season starts soon. GO WINGS!!!

I am sticking with my prediction of 8 wins if they avoid the injury bug and everything goes their way. Since people get hurt all the time I'll say 6 wins.
Passing game will be ok but they have no running game. This will end up hurting the passing game once teams realize the don't need to worry about that. The OL still is bad as ever.
On defense the DL is ok but the rest of them (other than Simms) are bad. The DL can't make up for everyone else.

A surprising 7-9 or 8-8 but out of playoffs. People keep trying to find a way to knock Kitna, but all he does is produce. Offense for days, but then again, they can't stop anyone on defense. Lot of good things going in Detroit, just isn't their year . . . . . . yet.

Kitna is throwing well but the defense gives up too much. I think the Lions are cursed! They will lose the rest of the season,

the'll be pretty good but the'll need a defense. I would say that they will be contenders for years to come but they didn't invest in a young quarterback so it doesn't seem like it. But who knows maybe in this draft if they trade up.

I believe they are starting to revert to their normal suckiness. God must have been busy on Sunday and didn't have time for Kitna.
