Yes. It shows his true character. These guys are supposed to be role modols, and don't say it shouldn't be that way. Sports players have always been role models, and that is part of the bargain when you become one. Most Americans lead a good clean life. Why shouldn't we expect our sports heroes to do the same? Now, he's been charged with having pot in his system. What a loser.

Vick picked a very bad animal to mess with. If it were cock fighting, or fish fighting, or goliath beetle fighting, he would have been slapped on the wrist and suspended for 6 months. The thing is, people identify with dogs. I'm not defending him but he compounded a very poor decision with a sensitive subject matter. On top of that, with all the media attention he's already getting he blazes up. If I were under the microscope getting high would have been low on my list of priorities. Goodell did what he thought was in the best interest of the league. There're plenty of guys out there who would kill for a spot in the NFL and one just opened up.

YES. Vick has pleaded guilty to multiple FELONIES !!
There are clauses in the NFL contracts that permit the league to get RID of CRIMINALS.
Please note, that Yahoo! News has a very new article stating that Michael Vick has JUST popped positive for marijuana in a court mandated drug test.

Yes!!!!!!!! Not only did he break state and federal laws for cruelty to animals, but he broke many laws concerning gambling as well. And have you checked out the news today? He's been tested positive for marijuana. Reguarding the NFL's strict conduct rules, he's in trouble.

Sure do. Dog fighting is legally and morally wrong. Kids look up to him because of who he is. I have no problem at all with him being kicked out of NFL for life.
