Sorry to those who have noticed already. In the video there is a line that says Raw_New8. Jericho debuted on raw 8 years ago in 1999.

411mania's done some big coverage, along with some other tell-tale signs that may link to Jericho in the feed. With every sensible conclusion drawn, there have been some things that don't make sense, or are just simply too far-fetched for the average fan to catch onto, like dates and names.
I hope it is Jericho, but I remain skeptical. I'll try to dig up the link for you to view what 411mania's come up with. They may have a message board up for it as well. Link Below
