cuz sometimes a team will only be down by like 5 runs and they call it a save when a closer comes in. but other times they could win by like 4 and its not a save. can someone explain this to me?

i'm going to be in 11th grade next year and I've played for my school's basketball varsity team since last year. But for some reason in our summer league games, i'm having a lack of self confidence. I'm even starting to have thoughts if i should even play next year, but i LOVE and have always LOVED the sport of basketball!! any advice?

With the all conspiracies and all the questionable calls I had apprehensive with Canada playing the US in the semi-finals... Would we be ripped off like other teams? well guess what.. we were....

Canada was clearly onside on their last goal that would tie Canada and the USA semi-final game and send the teams into overtime but the goal was waved off....

I wish I could say I was surprised but I'm not....I am disgusted...

They had such a huge lead in the standing early in the season and they blew it, i bet they miss the playoffs. Prince Fielder is a damn good ballplayer though.

can working out with weights affect your shot even if its 3 hours later? cuz i just went out to play and couldnt shoot at all. my arms felt weaker and kind of fatigued even though it was 3 hrs earlier i had finished working out. is this common? can this affect your jumpshot?

My state is talking about going from two to four classes. Everybody wants to get into the playoffs and they want to hand out more trophies.
I kind of liked it when State Champion meant best in the state not champion of Class 3 schools in Region 4 in the Private School Division etc. Most states used to have the championship on Saturday night at the biggest gym in the state. The excitement is being lost.

i run high school Cross crountry i ran a 18:31 as 10th grader i want to lower it to the low 17s high 16s i av been running about 1 1/2 a day and 20/20 ( pushups/situps) and jump ropeing about 5 mins can anyone help me out with a better work out
