I play on a All Star baseball team for my state. Every now and then i get big doubles and homeruns, but i have a big number of strike outs. I hit a homerun yesterday, but then struck out 3 times. I am struggling, what should i change?

Try hitting with a golf ball. Smaller balls will help your hand-eye coordination, and when you play with the baseball, it will feel like your trying to hit a beach ball. Also, practice with an obscenely heavy bat, it will improve your bat speed, which will help you get around on those tough high and inside pitches.

when major league hitters struggle they focus on the middle of the field and driving it from left center to right center. if you are striking out i would say there are flaws in your mechanics and your focus. i would start with working on plate discipline and bat control.. shorten or choke up, can you hit the outside pitch to the opposite field? keep your eyes and ears open and try to imitate good hitters
