Are you talking about Rusty Wallace the former NASCAR driver? He's the brother of Mike and Kenny Wallace and father of Steven Wallace, driver in the Busch Series.

Rust Wallace is a fromer Nascar Driver, and won the 1989 Nascar Championship, at the end of the 2005 Season Rusty Wallace Retired, he is currently one of the Nascars Annouuncer for ESPN

Rusty Wallace, former driver of the #2 Miller Lite car. He retired a few years back but does commentary for some of the Busch series races.

Rusty Wallace is the 1989 NASCAR Cup Champion with 55 career wins, 36 poles, and 706 starts. He is currently an Announcer for ESPN's coverage of the Busch Series and will be on board when ABC/ESPN begin covering the NEXTEL Cup.

I'm rusty...but that's because I haven't been in the driver's seat of a race car in over 6 years. Then again, with all of the PS2 and PC racing I've been doing, I can probably pick-up right where I left off......winning!!!!!

Rusty is that brown stuff that gets on metal if it's left out in the weather. Other than that, I don't know.
