Ok, if you guys were real baseball fans then you would know Andruw Jones get's into slumps like any other player. Besides, I think he'll do fine. I don't think the Braves will deal him. He might enter the free agent market, but I doubt the Braves will trade him. Especially with his glove. You're forgetting he's the best defensive outfielder in the game today. Oh and he's not the whole team you idiot. You're forgetting they have Jeff Francoeur, Chipper Jones, Matt Diaz, Brian McCann(Who will start to heat up I assure you) Eadgar Renteria, and Kelly Johnson who are all good hitters.

He just isn't hitting at all. He was pathetic during the Red Sox series. I love the Braves, but I'd trade Andruw in a mono second if I could get another front line pitcher for him.
Chow!!

Doubt they will trade him, he means too much to this ballclub. andruw is still a relatively young guy (just turned 30 in march) and he's having one bad year. i hate how everyone is writing him off already, the all-star break isn't here yet. you can't find a better center fielder in the game today, and i think that we braves fans are rather spoiled by his awesome plays day after day. i know that other teams would take him, but it would be a HUGE ordeal to let him go before his time, and now is certainly not his time.

idk...he's been around a while....and i doubt he even had a hit in the entire boston series.....having said that...he does have a lot of potential...but if the braves can get the right amount of player compensation...then i see andruw jones going to another team.....i think he has the potential to heat it up and earn his spot on the braves....

Probably keep him. Why would you give up the best defensive player in the game? Second only to Willie Mays all time.

I think he'll stay. He's basically the leader of the team with Chipper and Smoltz.
