im 19 yrs old, 5'4", and i used to play volleyball and basketball. but since i enter college, i ddnt play for almost 3 yrs. now i want to play again and i want to increase my vertical jump at least 12 inches so i can be able to dunk a basketball. how long will it take for me to reach this goal? i know it will be hard but i know i can do this...

and if you have some jump training advice you can share it to me... tnx!

I just dont get what would be so bad about that. It would not be cheating because everyone would be using them. Everyone always says they are bad for your health but many sports in general are bad for your health (isnt that even part of the attraction). Besides steroid use would be safer becuase it could be regulated and watched over by doctors . Science has proved that drugs are not dangerous if they are taken correctly and responsibly. We could make sure children could not buy them and tell them that like with alchohol their is a difference between adult and child usage. Everyone says it would be artaficial talent but lets face it you or me could not compete against pro athletes simply by taking drugs. They simply enhance athletes already amazing talent.Besides its not like were goinna stop it. So why not allow drugs and get some real entertainment. Whos ready to watch Super Kobe jump over Frankenshaq for a spectacular dunk on the 15 foot rim.

Does anyone know any inspirational quotes? I need some that say how a team is nothing without its amazing and inspirational team leaders (our seniors). This is for the seniors on my track team, i need quotes that are thanking them for being good leaders and saying how we would be nothing without them. if the quotes have to do with running, that'd be better. thanks so much!

would you want to fire flip saunders,

i think we had enough, 2 staright trips to confrence finals, both looses to teams who we could beat, he is a good coach and all of that, but now i'm beginning to think that the confrence finals is his range

i want larry brown back because the pistons work out with him, he can take the team to the finals and possibly win the championship, also the pistons don't have the same defence anymore when they were under brown,

what do you guys think?
