This greatly depends on your physique, work ethic, genetics, etc. Perhaps your best bet is to get a physical trainer who can assess your "tools" and help you regulate a diet and training program.

Back while I used to be in prime university I used to be five' nine" like one hundred forty lbs and had a 37 in vertical. Being that quick it used to be nonetheless elaborate to dunk. I had a rough time gripping the ball however I could get them in every so often. It could surprise men and women seeing this little Mexican man (me) getting up there. I might cling at the rim with 2 arms with only one step. It surely helped in rebounding and taking pictures over men means taller than me. I in no way performed at the hs crew. Went to one of the most best bball faculties within the subject with nba participant Deshawn Stevenson and the relaxation like a d-a million tuition crew. I in no way rather placed a entire lot of attempt into it. Just did a couple of leaping sports every day, leaping on my again steps a couple of reps. And performed ball every day. Thats practically it. People inform me it used to be simply ordinary potential.
