The Bulls have a shot of making it next year. They have young talent in guys like Deng and Gordon. Also the eastern conference is weak right now. They need to get rid of Ben Wallace's big contract.

I feel if they can move up in the draft and get a low post scorer such as Horford and begin to develop him we would definitely be in the right direction.
Tyrus Thomas's devlopment over this off-season is crucial, if he can develop a jumper, and everyone can improve, especially Deng, they should be in the Finals next year, especially considering the glaring weakness of the East.
