The center-fire rifle most commonly used for marksmanship training and competition in the United States is the AR-15, arbitrarily defined as an "assault weapon" under the former Clinton Gun Ban and currently under some states' laws. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) is trying to bring reinstate this ban.

Ok, another opinion question, but the Yankees recently gave a contract to Roger Clemens that, with incentives and performance bonuses could land him 28 million dollars for 1 year of work. Does anyone think ''the rocket'' is really as good as he has always been at his age, or are the yankees so much in trouble with the starting pitching injuries that they have to pay Mr Clemens this much just to draw him out of retirement to pitch for them? This of course knowing he may not today be worth 28 million.

Seems rather inconsistant on NASCARS part since at Daytona, they found that Gordon team DIDN'T cheat, yet they sent him to the back of the pack. Why not Jr?

If you belive he should be penalized , then what kind of punishment do you feel will be fitting for Kaka ?

I am expecting answers mainly from the Brasilian fans although a thoughtful answer from anyone will be welcomed as well.

I have beginning to doubt Kaka's and Ronaldinho's loyalty and committment to Brazil. (Ronaldinho is always underperforming whenever he wears the yellow and blue jersey)

The NY Yankees are said to have the bambino curse now. They are the most expensive thing, but yet the have gotten so unlucky. They say what goes around comes around. Yankees have now what Boston was said to have for almost 100 years.

The National Basketball Association or NBA is a local league for American basketball clubs yet they call the NBA champion team as "world champion". This is very confusing to people outside of North America.

Duncan Fletcher had probably run his "shelf life" as a coach, and acepted his part of England's persistent failure. However, surely as "Chairman of Selectors", the man who's sole responsibility is the make-up of the England squad, has to shoulder a huge part of the blame.

If the same scenario was applied to the football team, Graveny would be the manager, Fletcher would have been the coach. We never hear the fans calling for the FA coaches to be sacked, do we? A coach should be just that. Someone who improves ability and techniques. A selector is exactly that. Surely it's time for a change there?
