Seems rather inconsistant on NASCARS part since at Daytona, they found that Gordon team DIDN'T cheat, yet they sent him to the back of the pack. Why not Jr?

I am a junior fan and i would like to know why he is not getting sent to the back it just doesn't seem right. What goes for 1 should go for all. Nascar needs to clarify what happened and why junior is not getting disciplined so people don't start in with the junior gets treated different crap.

NASCAR isn't very fair with fines and punishments. Also at Daytona, Evernham got hit hard. Kasey, Elliott, and Scott, along with Matt Kenseth got pretty big fines. Kasey and Matt lost their qualifying speeds and 50 points. Gordon only had to go to the back for his infraction. It all depends on who you are and how well NASCAR/Officials likes you. There isn't consistency in this at all.
