I wont consider Bhajji and Veeru to be in the same league as Sachin or Sourav, for one, they still have time (read:age) to play more cricket than Sachin and Sourav. Veeru and Bhajji should play domestic cricket more often and prove the selectors that they warrant a place in the team on their own. Sachin and Sourav should only play tests as ODIs take a lot of toll on 'em and may hamper their chance to play test cricket regularly.

Not yet but they should play domestic cricket too. Age should not matter as long as your performance is up to level. Sachin may be be play like he used to but should have beter performance...Same thing for Ganguli.Viru and Bhajji should be dropped and ask to play at least 1 year in domestic to get back. If Sewagh can play.. Sachin and Ganguli deserve betther than him.Ramesh Pawar, Piyush should be given more chances than Bhajji.
Selection committe should choose only players who play in domestic and are performing good performance.. not age or leved as STAR or have records.

You cannot drop so many players from the team all of a sudden. While they will have to be dropped if they failto perform, such dropping should not be overnight by gradually by inducting talented youngsters in the team.

not everyone... who ever is out of form should be dumped... but first tey shloud be given chance to prove themselves... Why should anyone who is in form to be dropped.. no matter even if its a senior.. they have performed lotzzz of times for us...
