Ok..Im in the playoffs And I need help pretty bad.The two teams that we are playing both run a press.
I need help with a 2-1-2 press and a fullcourt 3-2 defense.
On the 2-1-2 defense right after I cross the halfcourtline 2 ppl come and trap the ball,and went i stop my dribble and look for a pass the other "1" roams and looks for who im going to pass it to and once i throw it it gets picked off. and on the 3-2 defense rite when inbound theres three guys trapping me downcourt and two defensive players on our basket.When we first played agains this defense I dribbled past it a couple times but the other times I would stop dribbling they'd trap me and it ended up being a turnover..any suggestions please.

I played football last year for my school as a lineman. I wasn't as great as the other guys because I lacked experience. I mostly want to be a defensive lineman but being a good offensive lineman would be great too. Is there any tips for becoming a good lineman? Also any good workouts or exercises I can do to get better.

Harbhajans Mom & Shewags Mom have said on NDTV that God was not with the Indian Cricket Team, hence they lost.

What do you feel about that ?

If God is only responsible then why dont we show our anger to God , why blame our poor cricketers ? Do you think the parents of these cricketers are trying to divert attention from the poor performance to God ?

For those who feel God is responsible , then do you thunk after the failure of the Hindu & Muslim Gods, it will be the Christian Gods who will succeed ?

Does putting ChapStick on rips help it heal? I have a rip that keeps getting bigger, and it won't heal. I've had if for..2 monthes now. It doesnt hurt or anything, but more skin keeps coming off, what else can I do to help it heal faster?

1. Kobe Bryant-has the most complete offensive game in the league, is a proven clutch player, can play stiffling defense, can be a bit selfish at times

2. LeBron James-hardest player to guard because of his size and athletism, a mediocore defender and lacks Kobe's complete range but nonetheless can score with the best of them, is a thriple-double threat every game

3. Tim Duncan-is simply a winner, can make a case for MVP and DPOY every year, uses the most fundamental moves to dominate inside, capable of improving surrounding players(ie. Ginobli, Parker)

we know of Brett Favre and Steve McNair playing through injuries, we have seen Donovan McNabb playing while sick and puking between plays, we have seen the famous run by Steve young breaking tackles on his way to the end zone, we have seen some of the amazing plays and tough hits taken by warren moon, we have even seen Randall Cunningham slough tackles and make great throws many of us remember Joe Montana dislocating his throwing shoulder and playing the rest of the game throwing only short dump and swing passes and hand offs. so who was the toughest iron man to play quarter back. one of these or someone i have missed? cant wait to see the answers i get.

Vale Tudo gloves have no palm, and the glove is simply attached loops over the first joint of the digits. Pride has the lace up wrist, and partially covers the hand near the thumb. UFC gloves enclose the top of the palm with the middle open. I want to know which, in your experience, are the most comfortable.
