Ok..Im in the playoffs And I need help pretty bad.The two teams that we are playing both run a press.
I need help with a 2-1-2 press and a fullcourt 3-2 defense.
On the 2-1-2 defense right after I cross the halfcourtline 2 ppl come and trap the ball, and went i stop my dribble and look for a pass the other "1" roams and looks for who im going to pass it to and once i throw it it gets picked off. and on the 3-2 defense rite when inbound theres three guys trapping me downcourt and two defensive players on our basket. When we first played agains this defense I dribbled past it a couple times but the other times I would stop dribbling they'd trap me and it ended up being a turnover..any suggestions please.

First thing is never stop your dribble -- use your quickness to get by people or protect the ball with your body. Steve Nash is a master at keeping his dribble.

Against the 2-1-2 press, if two people are coming up quickly to trap you, there's going to be loads of floor where one of your teammates can receive the ball and create something with it, or return the ball to you quickly once you've cleared the two trapping defenders.

Against the 3-2 full court press, you need a teammate to stay in the backcourt with you to possibly receive the ball if you get trapped. Get the ball past the halfcourt with quick, crisp passes and there's a chance your team will get an easy basket at your end because of numbers.

Just remember against any press, every player on you team must be aware of spacing and willing to help out with receiving the ball or setting a pick.

A 2-1-2 press can be broken if the PG awares where his teammates are. Whenever there is a trap, there is always a player unguard. But just in case the PG is short and cannot see ur teammates, always have two teammates, from two sides. This way the "1" person can only pick up from one of them. If it is not a press, spread out along the three point line and passes regularly to break the zone.

This doesn't sound like a noramal 3-2. But it is similar, u need to know where ur players are. If u r uncomfortable with dribbling pass them, always bring up the ball with another two players or go for fast break. This is becos there are three players on u and hence two of ur teammates are opened. Hence u will have a 4 on 2 advantage if u run the fast break.
