Throw out each and every officials of our cricket control board.
I am really not able to understand their merit, why they are in that place?
What is their contribution towards the game of cricket?
They are responsible for selection and sheltering such useless players.
Unless they are removed, nothing good will happen.

There is no harm in having seniors and juniors. What is required is the attitude to the sport. Any game involves competition and the players must have the spirit to excel and try to come out on top in the face of adverse conditions. No body gives success on a platter. The Indian players have been a pampered lot. The public also are to be blamed in that they have been giving them undue attention and adulation, which make them self conceited.

It is not the question of seniors or juniors quitting-but of performance. In Australia, it is the seniors who perform.
I would like to ask a humble question-is cricket meant only for records and do records tell the truth?

Viv Richards and Aravinda De Silva do not have records to their names but these two, in my eyes, stand the foremost when we speak of batting under pressure. They never had any pressure, were supremely confident, and played thier strokes naturally. They were never shielded against any particular bowler -as our 'best batsman' was shielded against Ray Price of Zimbabwe, a few years back. It was a shame, but Price did get him eventulally.

I have rarely Sachin perform on juicy tracks, and under pressure. Dravid, Saurav, have performed better. To quote examples, Sachin hardly performed against Shane Bond, MacGrath, Brett lee, or even Vaas where there was a slight bounce in the pitch. He is called a 'blaster'-I do not know why. He performed commendably in the WC 2003, but he was not even among the first ten blasters in that Cup. In fact John Davison was the blaster in that Cup, and he played two wonderful innings. I do not know why people do not talk of him. Is it just because that he was from Canada?

Sachin should be given at least a year's rest, otherwise he faces the ignominy of being shown the exit door.

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY FINALS SACHIN HAS PLAYED SINCE 1998, AND IN HOW MANY FINALS HE LEFT A MARK.

As for Dravid and Saurav, Saurav deserves to be reinstated as captain, and Dravid (now that he has got what he deserved as captain) should be allowed to continue as a player.

As for the Inidan team, there is no bowler like Chandrasekhar who could win matches on his own, and no Mohinder Amarnath who could make mincemeat of any fast attack on any track.

I pray to God to bless Harbhajan, Yuvraj and Kaif, for these seem promising.Sehwag blasts, but we have to wait till the day he develops his footwork. Then, he would be what we want him to be.

I do think we are being harsh on them! After all, people like Sourav Ganguly, Sachin, Rahul Dravid have been performing for the country for years. Agreed that they failed in a very crucial juncture at their career, it does not mean they do not have talent or their failure is due to 'old age'. I personally feel that they can play for a much longer time than the country is predicting.

lets not be harsh on them mate. ya they didn't play well but don't u think our country needs them ...
they are still a vital cog in this wheel
ya surely its high time they performed when it mattered
and they deserve the scrutiny they are gettin but deep down our heart we know they aren't that bad
they have made u feel proud many a times and have let you down many times and the WC was unfortunately one of those moments
but remember dude they are also humans
and they also can go wrong sometimes...

So b happy and enjoy the WC
we've a got few good sides this time around

and remember BE A FAN NOT A LOVER
