what are ur thoughts about this crap nascar is pulling on theses drivers?

I have noticed so many different opinions concerning fighting,i have always believed in preparation and a realistic approach when it comes to martial arts,a lot of guys that love mma's always told me that since 80 percent of the fights end on the ground and blah blah they would have a greater chance to beat me (i practice muay thai) i am 6'2 and i am 210 pounds,i am athletic fast and i have been doin muay thati for three years. I sparred with one of them in the gym(it was more of a real fight but we were careful) and he did get me to the ground and into a submission move but i overpowered him with my size(not an easy feat) and them got up. He tried some sweeps and some take downs but at the end i beat him by clicnhing his head down and hitting him with a knee ( he got pissed at me...my bad i got carried away) never the less i just wanted to read different opinions concerning the most effective ways to win fights (among those listed) and what are the good martial arts that teach them

Whats the purpose of an inferrior game which has no international competition ! Who can you play against other than yourselves (or with yourselves) ! Rugby League & Union are both International codes where we have dominated the World at different stages in the history of both codes ! (we dont just play against ourselves !). Its a huge embaresment when you travel to certain ignorant countries like the USA and they think Australian Footballers are girls in singlets and tights ! See what sort of an image you idiots have created and its always up to the real men of League & Union to prove the World wrong again and again and again, in most New South Wales Schools to play "Aussie Rules" is a self declaration of cowardice as your admitting your not strong or tough enough to play eith League or Rugby, such cowards were always delt with and made a mockery of as with most things Victorian, the only good thing to come out of Melbourne is the Hume Highway !

I mean, this latest thing with Robby Gordon is crazy! Motorola doesn't even have service and Nextel doesn't make phones (at least I don't think so). So how is allowing Gordon to have Motorola as a sponsor an infringement on Nextel's rights? I understand not allowing new cellular providers as sponsors (although I don't necessarily agree with it), but this seems a bit over the top! P.S. Go Longhorns!

i currently have a Giro Animas thats one size too large for me, so im looking for a new helmet. what should i buy? Jenson USA has a small Giro Animas red/black for $105, and a Giro Atmos black/pewter for $125 ($10 shipping on each). i really like the Atmos and ive seen other guys racing them in XC, but is it worth the extra money?

do you have any other suggestions for helmets? i need a size small.

Steve Nash sucks bad! He's at age 33, in his 11th season, and doesn't know how it feels to play in the NBA Finals. The last 2 MVP Awards he won was a GIFT & he didn't deserve them. Steve Nash is straight garbage! He'll never win a title or play in the finals! Nash sucks!

You can also have college players too, because I want Greg Oden. If you want to worry about clashing egos, go ahead, but I wont give you crap if you dont.

LeBron James, Forward- Hes amazing. And he isnt even close to his best years. He is just now starting to win games singlehandedly too

Greg Oden, Center- He is something else. Judging by his college play, he would be a force and a half in the paint and a threat to anyone. I would have Shaq, but I dont know how much more he has in him.

Steve Nash, Guard- Hes going to get his 3rd straight MVP, he is the league leader in assists, and he could lead this team. He is a great player and would be the cornerstone of any team.

Kevin Garnett, Forward- Hes a rebounding machine, he'll put up 23 points every night. He will also bring 11 years of NBA experience to the table.

Gilbert Arenas, Guard- Hes lights out, clutch, and puts up big numbers. Hes agent zero. I dont really like him that much, but come on.
