Do people appreciate that's 15.6 square miles? That's more land than most hunters would want to walk across so unless you are herding them into the corners... sure.

It doesn't matter how big it is if it effects the animals freedom it is not a fair chase. I live 5 miles from a can hunt ranch and it is real special when you drive by and you see hunters gloating and slapping each other on the back after they kill an animal that has lost all fear of man they have got to feel special don't you think. I saw a picture of some guy that killed a elk on a canned hunt and then tried to get Boone and Crockett to score it it would have been a world record but some one posted pictures of this elk eating out of a feed bunk
How dis honest can you get .

In my opinion as long as the fence doesnt affect the outcome of the hunt(ie running an animal along fence or corner it) its fair chase whether 100 or 10000 acres. Most animals never leave a couple square miles in thier lives unless forced out.

Is Elk hunting within a 10,000 acre fenced ranch fair??? Sure, unless the Elk is tied up. Remember, 640 acres equal a square mile. Ten thousand acres is a lot of land.

That's plenty of room to be an ethical hunt, especially if it's hilly or rocky terrain. Unless the place is way overpopulated I'd consider that fair. Good hunting.

Have you ever SEEN 10,000 acres?
You can't....unless you are in a high-flying airplane.
...And then, you'd be shocked at how much land this really is.

Hell yes it's fair chase.
You'll never convince anti-hunters of that,
but remember,
THEY don't think ANY hunting is fair!

Do you really have 10,00 acres to hunt? Do you need a hunting partner? That's a LOT of land......plenty enough for you to get lost in, so I would consider it enough.

That's only fair as long if you have an ATV. 10,000 acres is a lot.

"Canned Hunts" no matter how large the enclosure are wrong. there is a thing called ethics that everyone should know about.
