Frank would win tomorrow, Ken would win if both were in their prime.

in theri prime, i think Frank has the slight overall edge over Ken because of stamina. in all aspects of the MMA game they're almost on the level, it's just that Frank can go longer than Ken. i can recall that fight Ken had with Fujita in PRIDE, and right at the last minute Ken ran out of gas. he was winning the fight, taking it to a much stronger guy like Fujita, then he gasses out. i'm a straight up Ken Shamrock fan, and i hate Frank for what he did in the EliteXC show against Renzo Gracie, but i'm gonna have to give this matchup to Frank.

I think Frank to be the better mma fighter. I would even say that u could argue Frank should be in the Hall of Fame more so than Ken. Not sure about the last answer--what did Frank do to Renzo that u didn't like? I think the strike to the back of Renzo's head was inadvertent. I am a big Renzo fan, but it seemed he pretended to be unable to continue because he knew he would get the "w" due to the incapacitating strike being a foul.

Frank Shamrock lot more experience in martial arts and has present day experience. Now a days Royce Gracie would have killed anybody in pride or ufc in middle welter lightheavy.
