Anyone claiming to run under 11 seconds (i.e. 9 or 10) is flat out retarded, especially unde the age of 18. At 15, a competetive time is in the 11's. 11.5 is a good time though. Keep working at it and you will, without a doubt, see that time drop a few tenths. Best way to make up ground in the 100 is during the first 10-30 meters, so focus on your starts.

11.5 is pretty good for a 15 year old and jesus christ people no one at your school ran a 9 second 100 meter cuz the world record is 9.76 so if you dont kno what your are talking about dont answer the question

yes that is really good, but maybe at around 10 would be good, cause i remember somebody got like 9 at my school, but that is really good! that is a little above the average and the average is like 14 or something.

well im a 13 year old and the district record was 10 seconds but i dont know what kind of runners you are running with but around 9-10 seconds would be the best

if you run that fast. That is unheard of for your age. You can qualify for states now, and maybe the olympics by your college years
