my calve muscle is bigger than most that i know can jump higher than me, but my clave seems weak not strong

I am trying out 4 cheerleading this week...any tips on how 2 make my toe-touch, tuck, or herkie better? Also, any tips on how 2 earn extra pts. with the judges?

when will wrestling fans understand the its not cena's fault that he have the title 4 a long time...its vince and creative team's fault....and its not also his fault that he repeat the same moves its there fault also.....so plz dont hate him or any other wrestler because u dont even know him !!!!
any1 agree with me .....and plz dont diss him....
im a huge fan of cena but i agree that he had the title for a long title....
