if you had a choice to play next to cristiano ronaldo, thierry henry or wayne rooney who would you pick ?

my self i would pick absolutely cristiano ronaldo (best player i've seen on the fields of soccer sooo far).

That's easy, Ronaldo! He's fast, and can attract some defenders. Thierry Henry's time is over now. But Ronaldo is only going to get better. Rooney would be my second choice.

It depends what you mean by "playing next to". Do you mean watching great individual goals ? Then Ronaldo would be the answer. Do you mean be in a winning team ? Then Rooney would be your answer.

For me that meant : Being on a winning team while being able to score some goals and further my skills as a football player. And I'd pick Henry. Why ? For the following reasons :
1. Henry brings other people into the game and opens scoring chances for his teammates. Rarely does he score individual goals ala Ronaldo.
2. Henry is a leader and motivates his teammates. Just look at how many young players has risen among his teammates. I know that this may be more the coaching roles, but he also hasn't been egotistical about sharing the limelight.
3. Henry can play in so many roles. Straight striker upfront or dropping deep as a midfielder. Rooney can't play as a midfielder nor in any roles besides second striker. This also allows other players to develop.
4. Henry has also been a spokesman for FIFA on topics like racial abuse and fair play. Thus he is more of a role model rather than a model worrying about his looks ala Ronaldo.

Thierry Henry in his time was way better than Cristiano Ronaldo will ever be. He is a legend while C Ronaldo still has a lot to learn. Wayne Rooney will never be as good.

I would definitely pick Theirry Henry. First off, he has the most talent and composure out off anyone else in the league. Secondly, I don't think that anyone can come close to the skills of Henry. Ronaldo and Rooney, both being talented young players, I don't think they will ever be as superb as Henry. But that's my opinion.

Oh gosh...Let me think here...It would be great just to play alongside any those players, no matter which one. But, I guess on another note I would love to play alongside Rooney. I like his presence on the field and I just like how he plays and how he is. I don't know exactly.
