It would make an easy argument if you were just talking about the east division, the west was down some this year. Overall though if you lined up any confrence vs. the SEC and played the teams from top to bottom, SEC would take home the most wins.

The SEC isn't the toughest league in the country, at least not according to the Sagarin ratings. Sagarin's rating system is a far more comprehensive rating system than the RPI, which nobody knows precisely anyway since the exact computations are kept secret.
The ACC is. SEC is #2.
Who's hating on Arkansas anyway? You got into the tournament right?
If you're all that, it'll show up in your tournament performance. If not, then you weren't all that.
