My 10 year old daughter plays bb each season with community programs. She has played for 3 years. I am going to encourage her to play thru high school. She loves it and is good at it etc., and getting better each year.

I am clueless however about how to groom her so that come college time, recruiters will notice her. I am not nor have ever been athletic or into sports. I am a single parent. I am hoping that with some prep that maybe someday she can go to college free on a sports (basketball) scholarship. But I don't know if thats something a kid can prepare for or is it more luck? What do we need to do to prep? Am I just dreaming here? Can anyone provide me some insight.

where in the internet can i see some videos that teach you good fighting technicee, or technices that you can use in the real world...like if somebody in public wants to fight with you, that those moves will come in handy. *they dont have to be all about punching or kicking, they can be about anything*

This includes the yanks igawa, bow sox's dice-k, and devil rays iwamura. They then replace the real name with a fake name that has the same first letter for the last and first name like for Daisuke Matasuke its Dennis Miller. Why didn't they put the real names?

Galloway will be 35, but last year he was still probably one of the 5 fastest receivers in the NFL. Coming to the Seahawks in the mid-90s, Galloway an absoluted blur. Then he had years of contract squabbles in the middle of his career. But it looks like it helped preserve him, and he is having one of the best late-career resurrections every, right up there with another supremely talented Wideout, Irving Fryar.

Do you think Galloway can pull off another 1,000 yard season?

Justin Morneau: Winning MVP (Who would have thought of that!)

Now, they have to prove that they can repeat and not fall into the hands of other players (Mainly Jeter) and prove to people it wasn't a one year wonder.

How do you think they will do??

Because I for one am worried about Joe's habit in hitting into too many double plays, and the way Justin lacked his HR's in the playoffs.

I feeel soo sorry for them because their captain, Ryan Smyth, heart and soul of the oilers was traded!! i feell extremly bad for him and his fans
When i think about it... its like Iggy from the flames being traded. i would be devistated!
Luckly, he signed a 3 year deal becuz ovisally he doesnt wanna be traded either!
the trading of Smyth brought shock to oiler fans, flames fans and him!

im 15 and my fastest 1600m is 5:14. I ran a 3200m meet today for track and got 11:33 (2 seconds from PR!!)
