Mohamed Ali Light Middleweight French 1999 - 2000 4-4-0
Mohamed Ali Light Welterweight Australian1982 -1986 5-11-7
Mohamed Ali Light Middleweight American USA 2002 - 2005 6-2-1
Mohamed Ali Featherweight Benin 2004 - 2004 0-1-0
There were four boxers named "Mohamed Ali" None of the four could take Tyson out, they are all WAY too little and unskilled. However, if you perhaps are referancing Muhammad Ali, AKA, "The Greatest". THAT Ali would DESTROY Tyson.

What I think is that there are a bunch of Tyson fans out there who are upset that Iron Mike's true colors as a fighter shows him to be a coward that could only beat over matched opponents. And the way Tyson fans keep asking about "tyson vs. Ali" is just a pathetic attempt to put Mike on an all time level. Before you have Tyson beating Ali, what do you he could do against a lesser opponent like EVANDER HOLYFIELD. Oh that's right, we found that out. Tyson was good, but never beat a capable, primed fighter, never picked his butt off the canvas to win, never trailed in a fight that he won. Simply put, Mike Tyson NEVER won a competitive fight. Ali did, many times. He rallied from behind, he got up off the canvas to win, he found ways to win and showed heart and courage. I'm sick of Tyson fans who refuse to see Iron Mike as the fraud he turned out to be.

I think this question is a little more difficult to answer than most would think. Both fighters were amazing in their prime. I could see either one winning based upon how long the fight goes:
1) Short fight: Tyson would win. He could be absolutely overpowering, often finishing opponents off in the first couple of rounds. If he was to have a chance of beating Ali, he would have to take out the Legend early.
2) Long fight: Ali would win. The man had a way of wearing down his opponents, getting them to use up their best stuff early so he could hit them when they were tired. Assuming he could survive the initial onslaught, Ali would win.
If I had to pick one, I would favor Ali just because he was an intelligent fighter, something no one could accuse Tyson of being.

Ali would outbox Tyson. Do you think Mike Tyson could beat George Foreman? No. My prediction for the Ali-Tyson fight is that Tyson would get disqualified because Ali is too slick to hit. Tyson gets frustrated and head butts Ali. Referee Richard Steele disqualifies Tyson.

Ali in his prime and Tyson in his prime? No question in my mind. Ali would wipe the floor with Tyson. Ali may have been cocky but, he delivered and was an exciting fighter to watch in and out of the ring, unlike Tyson who reminds me of a punk thug.

Tyson would have EATEN Ali alive. Tyson had performance enhanced fights to Ali's style-- One round - 15 seconds before Tyson is ready for second course. George Foreman in his mid career - even bout-- for an oldee vs new boy.

In their primes no doubt Muhammad Ali. Mike couldn't even touch him without getting tags by ali jabs or right crosses he would've went down like sonny liston did.
