im 15 and my fastest 1600m is 5:14. I ran a 3200m meet today for track and got 11:33 (2 seconds from PR!!)

anyway, is that a good time or should I be getting around 11:00 flat?

Go girl! Your times are awesome for your age. I competed for eight years as well as coached h.s. Stick with it, you'll only get faster. Keep your grades up and you'll be looking at scholarship offers!

well seeing as how your only 15, that is a good time. however if you push yourself hard enough you could easily go 11 flat. just stick with someone who is usually running that time in your next meet. you'll get it by seasons end

depends on the competition.if ur racing guys like steve murdock ur out of luck.
