If Giggs hadn't asked for ten yards, he could have shot anytime when the ball was dead, if he did ask, then Giggs would have to wait for the whistle to be blown. Now did Giggs, go when he asked for ten yards, without the whistle blown? If so, the kick should've been retaken

Im not sure if its my style of play because Im a big guy 6'4 that plays both inside and out. I am more of a jump shooter and so many people say I should be banging down low. But this is what I dont get, when Im on D I do bang down low and do play solid defense, but for some reason since people just think of me for my offense they dont give me any credit for my overall game. Now I feel slighted and not appreciated because all they see is this big guy who can shoot. How can I get them to appreciate me?
