ok well i play wr and im gonna try out next year 4 high school but my friend say i run flat footed like i stomp when i run and it makes me slower please tell me away to change that and some other advise i need 4 wr

these shoes might get you used to running on your toes because if u dont you will probably be off balance... plus these shoes help with many aspects of being a WR such as speed and jumping.

i used it in high school as a TE and my coaches highly recomended the shoes to almost all players.

You may need to jump rope 3 times a day.concentrate on staying on your toes.when you walk, walk on your toes.I ruptured my achillies tendon and during rehab I had to learn to walk again .I really had to concentrate on my foot movement.Walk on your toes every chance you get,and don't forget about practicing catching the ball.
