Why do footballers behave like 5 year olds? Shouldn't football be brought in line with rugby? If you answer back, the ball gets moved forward, if you are shown a yellow card then you get sent off for 10 minutes and obviously a 2nd yellow is a red.

I train on those manaquins punching bag things that are harder than a real person. I skin up my fists alot on them and now they are REALLY tough. I accidently punched a metal bar as hard as I could and i just made my knuckles bleed a little. Is their a peak to how conditioned my knuckles can be?

I've being practicing Jiu Jitsu for almost 5 years. I do very well while sparring in class, etc. However, I always choke when it comes to tournaments. I am 90% certain that if it was a sparring session, etc in my class I would beat my tournament opponent. What can I do to better prepare myself for this?

When i go swimming or have water fights or have anything else to do with water i always wear my boxers under my shorts. i dont know why i have just always done this. i find when i dont wear boxers under my shorts it is uncomfortable and irritating. my friends also do it. is it good to do this?
