don't even worry about your vertical, it's overrated. we can go all night naming guys that can jump high...work on jumping quicker, not higher...you'll end up improving your vertical anyway...work on that second and third jump...that'll make your first jump that much more explosive. basketball is all about beating people to spots, even in the air. cause you'll always find somebody that can jump as high as you, so you wanna make sure you hit that open spot of air first.

Its different for everyone. But you can keep training and increasing your ability till around your mid 20s. If you are in good shape you could probaly get a high 30s vertical.

That totally depends at where your starting at. If your a guy and are athletic you can probably get around to a 36" vertical with training and some natural ability.

it depends what your vertical is now. but once you get to maximal potential then you cant increase that much at all. it has to do with muscle gain
