i have to disagree with the guy who said pick levi brown. 9ers OL isnt really that bad especially if they are healthy. they should go defense. im a 9er fan and bay area guy, so take it from me. losing norv really really hurts. this will be alex smiths and frank gores 3rd OC in 3 years. you gotta feel bad for them. i say we take a look at begals QB coach zampese, he helped develop carson palmer. there are guys like dennis green, jim fassel etc... as for college coaches, urban meyer (florida HC) coached alex smith at utah and maybe he might leave for big dollars. or they promote from within and have jerry sullivan, 9ers WR coach.

We need an Offensive Coordinator to inspire and run playes that make Alex Smith look good and earn his huge contract. It's his 3rd season and although he has improved, he's not putting up the numbers as the other 2nd/3rd year QBs are. Let's hope the 49ers draft some good rookies to support him.

"Oh Man" Just when we have the offence do a 360 from the year before......Alex and the offence are going to have to start over with a new plan. The good news is, we have a lot of money to finally spend this year!!! We should win at least 10 games this year!

There are guys out there...they just have to find them...
In the draft i would say levi Brown from Penn State as a solid OL
but as far as Offensive Coordinating i would say look for teams who got new coaches (Steelers, Cowboys, Chargers) as the new coaches bring in their staff other coaches will be let go.
and there is collage coaches.

they need to find someone who has a reputation for developing quarterbacks and will be committed to running the football
